Health Awareness - Being physically, mentally and spiritually healthy is the key to a happy and well balanced life. Phi Omega Delta Sorority, Inc prides itself on our WOW (Women of Wealth) health initiative, which encompasses nutrition, excercise, meditation, health check-up's, religion (for those who want a spiritual connection), and mental health wellness, just to name a few.

Economic Wealth - Wealth just doesen't mean making a six figure salary. Wealth is knowing how to live and save on what you have. Within our POD " Prosperity over Destitution) Economics initiative, we focus on financial literacy, such as; Income management, Savings, Investments, Modest Purchases for what you want and living within your means.

Self- Development - In order to be a productive mother, wife, co-worker, citizen and sister, one must first be able to understand and love ourselves . Phi Omega Delta has launched several initiatives that cater to the development of self. Some of the areas that are focused on are; self-esteem, communication skills, work skills, and life goal development.

Teamwork - Being a sister may come easy to the outside observer, but indeed it is work. There may be times of disagreement, personal hurt/pain, health issues. In addition, the collaboration on projects, reports, etc... The sisters of Phi Omega Delta sorority understand the diverse elements within our organization that comprise what a sisterhood is truly about, and for that reason, we aim to teach our members the importance of teamwork and networking.

Intellectual Progression - Although a four year university may not be the first choice for everyone, Phi Omega Delta Sorority, Inc holds high to the intellectual progression of all of it's members, rather it be colligeate, vocational, or armed force based. Thus, we are proud to announce our newly revamped "Diveducated" program, which aims for assist sisters, as well as other's within our community with seeking educational opportunities, and funding for future success.

Advocacy - Having a voice may come hard for some within our world. Thus, the sisters of Phi Omega Delta Sorority, Inc are proud to be the voice for the voiceless and the hope for those who may have lost hope. Participating in various projects and programs throughout the U.S. such as March of Dimes, Autism Speaks, Stand Up for Kids, and LGBT Youth Sponsors, Aids /Breast Cancer Awareness, etc... we will continue to advocate to make a change where needed.
